      Leadership has no clear direction Expectations are high but scope is unrealistic Scope is mostly what the CEO wants it to be Focus is on short term quick wins CEO too involved in everything

      Technologies are good Nice and helpful engineers (at least my team)

      Cons

      C-level management to engineers communication should be better No culture and vision (maybe because of communication lag) No investments into employees (educational resources are absent, conferences are not allowed)
