      Fantastic place to work!

      Pros

      Direct access to management who listen to and care about feedback and suggestions. Company has grown significantly since I first started, but still maintains the small company feel. I love the team I am on - most of us have been here for several years and work great together. We are able to bounce ideas off one another and implement real change in a growing business- all working towards common goals. Company really invests in and promotes professional development.

      Cons

      Not a con per se -the environment is fast paced (which I personally like), but not overwhelmingly so. You won't be bored.
