No promotion concept, hike cycle and Fully paid variable pay

Pros

There is no SDLC Hierarchy like developer, senior developer, tech lead, PM, architect and business analyst in the project. everything will be handled by developer.

Cons

No promotion cycle in onemagnify, once you join your salary wont get changed majorly after many years. It will remain same with single digit hike. No fair rewards and recognition. Variable pay will not paid fully
