The training they provided did not match the expectations they held.

Workload became unbearable when someone was out of the office - they started changing how bonuses were calculated / paid out/ restructured- ended up having two months with no bonus when I should have had they not changed it. (Which at the time enough people complained that they brought back the way it was) Started to pay bonuses with regular check thus causing substantial taxes to be taken out. Would be asked to work overtime and then was told I should have taken a longer lunch to make up for the hours(keep it as close to 40hours as possible) (no I'm not taking a 2.5 hour lunch to stay later in the day- you're kidding me..I get here at 8:30 am (sometimes 9) either let me come in later or give me part of a day off and leave early (not to sound like a brat but you got me working late (past business hours and on Saturdays the last thing I wanna do it beep bop around town for a "long lunch" just to stay later than 5:30- ..) work-life balance was awfu.genuinely felt good and bad at the same time because I was helping people that needed it
