I loved my immediate manager

Cons

Unrealistic goals. Constant pressure to sell optional products. Pressure to ask customers for titles to autos. Pressure to payoff debts when not required to obtain a loan. Aggressive collection efforts. Poor work life balance. No care for employees by Upper Management.
