Pros

Good place to start if you’re looking for a job, plus a strong DEI supporter.

Cons

Not a good company for a long career. Low annually merit increases. One Main is big on image to attract new employees or retaining present employees, just not good on $ and tends to layoff senior employees.

Working here isn’t bad. The work is easy and the management team is extremely flexible and easy to work with.

Cons

No room for growth or receiving additional compensation for what I feel is already at the lower end of the pay for similar jobs
