Pros

District and branch managers typically care about their teams. While each team has its own unique characteristics, good performance is recognized and supported with incentives. Employees can take advantage of bonus programs and commissions. The company offers an excellent benefits package that includes options such as prepaid legal services, pet insurance, 401(k) matching, as well as health, vision, and dental coverage. Work-life balance is prioritized, so employees can enjoy generous vacation time, paid time off, sick leave, and flexible hours in certain cases.

Cons

The pay is not competitive compared to other titles in the industry. The company frequently shifts its focus to new goals and projects, often introducing new initiatives without any clear explanation. While team members are expected to feel excited about these changes, they often don’t understand the reasons behind them.

Pros

Not micro managed. Good pay. A lot of vacation, sick, personal time. Good team. Everyone helps each other. Attainable targets. Bonus/commission. Massive company. Still growing even with inflation. Helping a ton of customers that couldn’t get help elsewhere.

Cons

When short staffed, targets are not adjusted accordingly. So can go months without hitting targets even when doing all the work. Just not staffed enough to get through the day. No remote/hybrid work.
