*Despite being told minimal weekends, asked to work at least 2 Saturdays/month and multiple late nights/week. *Minimal Pay Increases, despite lending not being as strong post pandemic, which causes branches to miss bonuses. *Despite being sanctioned by the CFPB for Predatory Lending Practices in terms of Optional Insurance, still coached to do everything possible to make sales, including being deceitful to customers. *A very "me" and not "team" attitude when it comes to management. *Zero accountability with management, downfalls almost always placed solely on hourly employees for "not trying hard enough" *Bleak future, company lays off annually, and have been downsizing/closing branches at a very alarming pace

Some Saturdays required; Have to meet unrealistic goals to hit monthly bonus; Have to go out and market; Work the day after all holidays; No real work life/ home life balance
