Pros

The training program is good. Incentive bonuses to start are good full benefits vacation sick days/personal days

Cons

Bonus opportunities are highly dependent on market conditions. So, if the economy is suffering a high inflationary cycle, as was occurring in 2022, do not expect bonuses. The company will adjust the metrics so that bonuses will not be earned even if you close a large amount of loans for the company. Maybe that's the game you play in financial services, but that is not going to fly if you produce and expect to make commissions for your production. The company is committed to toxic DEI initiatives
