      One remote work day a week

      Cons

      Annual pay raises have consistently failed to even match inflation. I have less purchasing power now than I did when I started. The return to office has been a pointless waste of personal time and what appears to be part of quiet firing attempt to make lives worse and expenses higher with unnecessary commutes for team members who demonstrated ability to go completely remote over the past several years. productivity tied to small bonuses leads to an handful of overachievers pushing everyone elses numbers down because they haven't burned out yet

      Good People, Horrible Pay

      Pros

      The hours, people, and business model are fantastic. You have great benefits, time off, and freedom to move up within the company

      Cons

      The pay is atrocious. They hire people to pay them nothing and they get people who know nothing. Serious professionals will need to advance quickly, or the incompetence of new hires will drive you crazy. The job is essentially collections. Sales comes second, and the culture whats that known.
