      Pros

      Basically a working member of the team. Work as a personal loan specialist and learn how to navigate every step of a direct consumer lending process. You learn a lot and are paid well for an intern.

      Cons

      It seems that women are paid less than men and there is not a lot of room for upward movement past district manager on the sales side of the company. Corporate could be different.
