Pros
The best part of Citifinancial was the guaranteed paycheck each pay period, at the time. Other than that, I have nothing else good to say about the company or management.
Cons
The downsides of working for the company are many: daily manual collection calls to the same customers, day in and day out - a company this size should've invested a long time ago in an automatic dialer for the near 400 collection calls to be made daily in each branch, the constant begging and fighting for sales with your co-workers only using the same poor credit/non-qualifying customers, the constant low moral/general unhappiness of the employees within the workplace, office managers being allowed the belittle and degrade employees to meet sales production and collections goals and senior managers that are insensitive and uncaring of employee complaints and problems with the managers. No one, from branch management to the regional managers to human resources seems to genuinely care about the employees. The verbal nor written complaints are taken seriously and nothing is done to reprimand poor managers when a legitamate complaint is made.
