Decent pay to begin with and that is really about it, truly there are no other benefits that come to mind.

Cons

Abuse of trust, time, skills. Out of reach goals and expectations. Lack of appreciation from senior staff. Everything is on the D L always, hush hush everything do let anyone know what is actually going on. Its a lot of smoke and mirros.

Micro Manage to death with Manager and District manager and even DO's coming to your office telling you what your doing wrong. End of the month your expected to have a cut in collections or you will stay late and its very stressful. Anything you did good the month before doesn't matter since its a new month. Have to solicit customers to death. Who really wants a loan at 28%? Run by AIG, Having to push insurance sells to customers that aren't aware.
