      Pros

      Some of the best teamwork, brightest minds, and warmest hearts I've ever worked with. Grace is given when mistakes are made. We try to pick each other up. Leadership is actively investing in the whole group.

      Cons

      Big growth goals can lead to disorganization. Some erratic behavior among employees, rash hiring/firing decisions.

      High energy job with potential to learn many aspects of design/manufacturing/sales/customer support.

      Cons

      Small but growing company. Management would unexpectedly change direction. Expected long hours. Lack of communication. Low employee morale.
