Investment in special education needs is good. Pay is above State Sector and TPS is standard for teachers. Supportive and involved parents. Funded courses and training. High-tech and well maintained environment.

Cons

Not many cons. For a Specialist Teacher there is a lot more investment in resources and training than most other schools I have worked, and student behaviour is very good.
