Pros
If you want to work in an environment with plenty of room to be creative, wear different hats, very nice bosses, "unofficial" unlimited PTO, experienced seniors willing to teach, and never run out of work, that's the place to be. It's a mature company with lots of business. Private jet aviation is extremely on demand, and they're willing to invest primarily in their IT. CEO is an amazing business man and visionary.
Cons
Because of the high demand on private aviation and the high number of projects, it might sometimes feel overwhelming. Be ready to constantly shift priorities.

Trust is built into the culture and this makes for a great place to work. Employees really care about making things better and improving all the time to provide the best service to our customers. It's a pleasure to work with a team that all value this as it makes work very rewarding
Cons
lots of growth has led to space issues for new hires but they are building a new building so thats exciting
