Pros
I love that this company treats you like an adult. They realize you have a life outside of work, as well. The pay is good, the benefits are fine, no time off limits (within reason), many of the employees are high quality! There is a ton of room for career improvement and upward mobility, if you work hard and learn quickly. This company spends a lot of time recognizing its employees for hard work, innovation, & initiative. I love the 10 values and I believe they try to stick to them. I hope to get to work here for a very long time.
Cons
There used to be a lot of employees and managers who only got the job because they knew someone, not because they were qualified - but I can see that the new C suite and management are trying to correct that.
