      Pros

      Very adaptive to pandemic. They really care about their employees and value them. They try to do what is best for their employees all the way from the top. Senior leaders are pretty good. Great PTO

      Cons

      Not much of 401k match. They help some with development costs but a tuition reimbursement program would have been nice. They do not have that.

      Provides an actual great example of what a company should do or be.

      Cons

      They spend significant time and effort trying to trick folks into believing they are decent and caring - when in fact, they are far from it.

      OSV is a great place to be

      - Opportunity for growth - Executive Leadership tries to be as transparent as possible - GREAT PTO plan - The people are fantastic

      Cons

      - Recruiting is not always responsive - Can sometimes be difficult to manage work/life balance - Salary below market so difficult to keep talent when other companies offer more money to leave
