Remote work is a big plus. Team members are supportive and helpful.

Cons

Sometimes need to work overtime. Company culture does not respect personal time, scheduling hours-long meetings during lunchtime or late evening is common. Company policies are pushed from top down. Management does not listen to employees, rather just pushes down policies and we have to follow without any questions.

I have been here for over 4 years now, and I truly love this company. The leadership is fantastic, very approachable, and forward-thinking. The people here are fun and just like family. HR truly cares about employees and makes every effort to create the best employee experience possible. They take feedback to heart. I appreciate how so many employees and management live the company values of transparency, seeking the best for others, and unquestioned integrity. OSV is constantly striving to be a great company to work for. I really appreciate the remote working environment too. They don't force you to come into the office. They trust their employees to work where they will be most productive and support these efforts. It means a lot!

Pros

The CEO/Trey Campbell is a great communicator. There are also a "few" great executives, such as Valerie Van Gorp and Gaye Krisantz.

Cons

Human Resources do not protect the employee; they are there to protect the bad behaviors of the Sales managers and VP's, who like to intimidate and threaten. The environment is not professional. There is very little career advancement. Poor work/life balance.
