      Pros

      The people are amazing and everyday they exemplify the company's 10 Core Values. They offer unlimited PTO and provide great Benefits. I like that they company actively give back to the community and love to partner with others. They foster a great collaborative work environment and offer a lot of flexibility. I enjoy my working experience at this company.

      Cons

      I'm sure there are some because no company is perfect but I haven't experienced any at this time.

      Pros

      Get a lot of exposure as you are left to swim on your own and figure out things for yourself. So by the time you are through addressing the challenge, you have learnt a lot.

      Cons

      1. Ever changing culture and leadership - lends to lack of stability 2. high exodus of experienced consultants who have been with the organization for over 3 years results in more work for the few left behind resulting in poor work-life balance. In addition, the organization is unable to attract talent 3. Poor paymaster and unattractive benefits.

      Pros

      Great Executive Leadership. Great Company Values. Family oriented employer!

      Cons

      If I had to pick one thing, a couple of mangers/directors may be too close to the Executive team and are considered "untouchable". With that being said, other opportunities are available within the organization.
