- There are no ego's, the people are a joy to work with - The teams take pride in ensuring the success of the group - 401k match - Work from home/remote

Cons

- Not a place for people who are uncomfortable with change - Health plan is more expensive than some of the larger companies - No major cons working at OneSource Virtual... the people are what makes this place great

Good pay and great benefits.

Cons

Horrible training, also a lot of favoritism in which it gives new employees a hard time to "fit it". Also, in my case the trainer was very religious and would hold prayer meetings. This company grew too fast and their values are definitely not followed by mostly anyone.

OSV is a great place to work. We have some great people that are truly dedicated to the success of the company. We have wonderful people who are truly dedicated to the success of the company. With the new building, our expansion can continue. I hope to be around to see the end result of this.

Cons

OSV is a great place to work. I do have some concerns about the company's future. Brian has stated in the Town Halls that OSV prefers to promote from within, yet within our department everyone from supervisor level up have been brought in from outside. Though we have some wonderful employees who are truly dedicated to the success of the company, we also have those who are only here for a paycheck.
