Great people to work with, awesome culture. Great collaboration with peers.

Cons

There are points in time where the workload exceeds capacity of the emloyees which impacts work/life balance.

Pros

Great culture, exciting growth, engaged leadership, investment in employees and technology. The OSV employees are wonderful to work with.

Cons

Keep trying to be the best and doing the right thing. There is such a strong focus on culture and doing what’s best for the employee but that fails when it comes to salary and the 401k contribution .

We agree the entire OSV team is amazing! We especially appreciate hearing from someone who has been around for a few years. We will continue to improve employee benefits and we are always evaluating the market to keep our compensation competitive.

A place to Flourish, grow, and have a FUN

Pros

Depending on the department and Manager: 1. Flexible schedules. Understanding that Life happens, and this place will help accommodate as needed. 2. High Focus on Employee Engagement. Regular activities and events recognizing employees for tenure, birthdays, values winners, ect... 3. Great facilities and great location. 4. Women at Work Program inclusive to all women regardless of position or title. Program focuses on fostering relationships with other women, finding their voice, mentor-ship, ect... 5. There is always more to be done at the company than people to do the work which prevents stagnation and boredom. 6. Empowered to take on opportunities and challenges. 7. ELT regularly updates the company on financials and strategic focus QoQ. They care what the employees have to say and genuinely listen. 8. Company is not afraid to tackle the unknown and be first to pioneer a new venture.

Cons

1. Tools to mine data are not the greatest. 2. Compensation could be better but the overall benefits are a good package. You have to determine your motivator in advance. For some it's culture, a strong team, and creative flexibility. Know your values in advance.
