Pros

Excitement, ownership and agility of a start up but with a big-brother watching our backs from the States. I work with some of the best people in the industry who have become my friends and family. We have achieved amazing things together and every day I am challenged, I am rewarded and I laugh (a lot).

Cons

Our success in EMEA has been phenomenal. We need to keep our 'mojo' and continue to delight and retain our customers whilst we continue to grow and learn

Thank you for your review. It is always helpful to us to hear what is working and where we need to improve. I am glad you experienced a positive environment. We try to create a working atmosphere which inspires people to thrive in their role. Your observation about a smaller company lacking governance is spot on. This was certainly an area of opportunity for us and we have responded by creating a new Ways of Working which has created a new Operational model for us as well as clearly defined strategic goals and processes to support those goals. Along with that we have built in mechanisms to measure these and communicate progress to the broader team.

Agility, energy and mentality of a start-up, meaning that as a smaller team we are nimble and enthusiastic enough to make sure things happen. We are given the liberty and tools to be creative as well as the right guidance to ensure quality is a primary characteristic of our output.

Cons

Being part of a small team sometimes means all hands are required on deck, even in areas beyond your comfort zone or expertise.
