      Good platform to learn Workday and getting certified. They Invest in employees and get them certified.

      Cons

      Poor planning , hire so many without checking the projects in pipeline. Mass Layoffs.

      Pros

      Great opportunity to grow with a company that is expanding in size. This company lives and breaths a set of values that define their culture and direction for the future.

      Cons

      Growing pains seem to haunt them as they strive to reach the next level. Unfortunately, their inability to accurately forecast sales that matches with what is actually reflected in the market. They have a tendency to react to immediate demand, grow too big too quickly and have to downsize when business slows.

      The ten values that the company promotes is not practiced within the organization. Executive team is completely out of touch with what is happening with their teams and all they seem to focus on is utilization and numbers
