      Pros

      Friendly workers (team players), benefits, pay, challenging assignments are all pluses! I have been around the block a few times and the political environment does not exist here. Our Core Values prevail!!!

      401K match has improved but still needs some work.

      Pros

      Onesource is a great place to learn Workday. I'm in my second role since starting with the company, and I see a lot of people getting promoted. The company continues to grow, so I don't feel I need to go anywhere else in the Workday ecosystem to grow my career.

      Cons

      I have enough experience at other companies to see and know how great we have it at OSV.

      Pros

      Great culture, exciting growth, engaged leadership, investment in employees and technology. The OSV employees are wonderful to work with.

      Cons

      Keep trying to be the best and doing the right thing. There is such a strong focus on culture and doing what’s best for the employee but that fails when it comes to salary and the 401k contribution .

      We agree the entire OSV team is amazing! We especially appreciate hearing from someone who has been around for a few years. We will continue to improve employee benefits and we are always evaluating the market to keep our compensation competitive.
