      Pros

      Great knowledgeable people work here. Focus on career development.

      Cons

      No annual salary review means you are effectively getting a pay cut every year. This makes you feel unappreciated. Even top performance doesn't give you an annual increase.

      Pros

      Growing and dynamic company where you get to a part of an incredible team. Trusted and "go to" partner for Workday. Customers are engaged and want to work with us. Getting into a model that really works for the future.

      Cons

      First 18 months have had a number of growth pains particularly in having the right balance of support for newer team members. Busy, high energy environment that requires a strong work ethic.

      - Positive energy from the team and senior management - Modern approach to flexible working and time management

      Cons

      - Smaller company can result in a lack of governance or a defined approach however this can also be a positive given the opportunity for development

      Thank you for your review. It is always helpful to us to hear what is working and where we need to improve. I am glad you experienced a positive environment. We try to create a working atmosphere which inspires people to thrive in their role. Your observation about a smaller company lacking governance is spot on. This was certainly an area of opportunity for us and we have responded by creating a new Ways of Working which has created a new Operational model for us as well as clearly defined strategic goals and processes to support those goals. Along with that we have built in mechanisms to measure these and communicate progress to the broader team.
