This is a high-growth company experiencing some growing pains but the company culture is fantastic! Executives really care about their employees.

Cons

Same as the Pro above. As a high-growth company we are experiencing some growing pains (long hours, too much work) but this is balanced by the team atmosphere and the executives realize this is an issue and are working to correct it by hiring more people.

Team focused office environment and atmosphere, tremendous opportunity for growth, internal promotions and down-to-earth executives.

Cons

OneSource is growing so rapidly that there are some pains associated with it, but it is not something management pretends is not an issue. They address publically to all employees and put in place plans to resolve the issue.

My colleagues and manager are great to work with. They are all very encouraging and want to ensure success not just for themselves, but for everyone around them. There is always collaboration between peers. The office is casual in culture and dress code. We are always reminded of our 10 values, and I feel they are an important part of our success.

Cons

Since the company, and it's dependent partner (Workday), are both such new companies, policies and methodologies are constantly changing. The work stream is pretty fluid and it's hard to count on certain philosophies sticking around. The constant change is sometimes hard to keep up with, but I think it provides opportunities for individuals to influence the future.
