We try to create a working atmosphere which inspires people to thrive in their role. Your observation about a smaller company lacking governance is spot on. This was certainly an area of opportunity for us and we have responded by creating a new Ways of Working which has created a new Operational model for us as well as clearly defined strategic goals and processes to support those goals. Along with that we have built in mechanisms to measure these and communicate progress to the broader team.
