It used to be a good company with good benefits in 2021. However things have changed drastically internally. Lots of cost cutting. Toxic management.
Cons
Biased Management. They are too focussed on the politics than the outcome. They ll harass you till their favorites are in place. Will make you feel incapable when they themselves lack the technical skill, knowledge and leadership to move things ahead. Management lies to you and all the teams are trying to produce quantity over quality. Severe micromanagement in the name of performance.
