      Great global company with great leaders who listen. Opportunity to work with the latest and greatest tools in technology. Your work is really valued and due to its size you can really make an impact.

      Cons

      Some changes in leadership and working for a public company can be distracting.

      Pros

      Autonomous work environment. VASCO embraces change: company has seen revolutionary changes in management, product line, and strategy. I enjoy change so it's a good work environment for me. Global company -- lots of opportunity to work across teams from all over the globe.

      Cons

      While the pay is decent, merit-based increases don't appear to be going to those with proven performance.
