Pros

OneSpan has set the standard for me with regards to what experiencing a company should be like for it's employees. Assimilating into an organizations culture has never been easier for me and it has a lot to do with every employee I interact with leading by example. Warm smiles, welcoming conversations and full transparency when working together.

a few good people are still here was a time the firm was doing good stock was doing ok - now the shares are down as well

Cons

too many different CEOs, just change no strong product portfolio, existing clients R&D and PM, internal frictions, no good future plan no innovative solutions to compete with mainly old customers, no new logos culture is ok - but was better in the past no trust, no positive spirit, no growth

-I’ve worked with strong sales leaders. -strong and experienced professional services team. -there are core people at the company who have been here for years who know what they are doing and know existing customers very well.

Cons

-The product team finds it hard to keep up with the requests coming their way -A lack of excitement and missing a vibrant and fun culture which is felt in internal interactions.
