Current management despises the core business of the company, sidelining the development and maintenance of important banking security solutions. Instead “new opportunities” are constantly being explored. Like let’s be a DocuSign clone. Or let’s be a Skype clone. Or even better - blockchain something… Nothing sticks, which throws the company into a spiral of layoffs further hurting the already established important products and services.
