OneSpan has set the standard for me with regards to what experiencing a company should be like for it's employees. Assimilating into an organizations culture has never been easier for me and it has a lot to do with every employee I interact with leading by example. Warm smiles, welcoming conversations and full transparency when working together.

The people here are truly one of the best parts of working at this company. My teammates are collaborative, approachable, and genuinely willing to help whenever needed. There's a positive environment where sharing knowledge and learning from one another is encouraged, which makes day to day work feel supported and connected

Cons

The biggest challenge is that the company operates in a crowded and competitive market. It isn’t always easy to clearly differentiate our offerings from others, which can make certain initiatives feel harder than they should be. Some additional focus on positioning and long-term strategic clarity could help strengthen our footing
