Pros

OneSpan has built a great culture regarding relationships, training, benefits and structure for employees. It is one of the best companies I've ever worked. All employees have chance to learn and practice, and also ca interact with people all around the world sharing experiences and travelling when the possible.

Cons

As most part of public companies there is a lot of pressure for financial results which is not bad, but products and business models (even with competitive prices and discounts) are not always aligned with the local scenarios faced by Sales teams abroad North America and Europe.

* Open and multicultural attitude * Strong drive to move forward and grow * Lots of flexibility offered * Great offices * Good for learning about cybersecurity * Variety in work activities

Cons

* Product development can sometimes feel slow and could benefit from clearer direction * Although there is good possibility for career evolution, it is not clearly guided * The company is transforming which can sometimes foster insecurity about the future
