OneSpan is in the midst of a great shift in culture and its approach to the market - it's an exciting and (positively) challenging time to work here.

Cons

If you are change-averse (which I'm not) then you may struggle a bit as things are shifting for the better.

Different company name but same shitty place to work

Decent salary package Good life/work balance (home office) Varied daily tasks Brand new state of the art office and tools available Experienced C level management with a vision

Cons

Bad atmosphere and no team spirit at all Overall the mentality feels like you work for a government agency (everyone on his/her island) Incompetent, narrow minded middle management Terrible product management (no resources, ...) Paper based processes which dates back to the dinosaurs Many people keep knowledge for themselves to stay relevant Overall inefficient company with loads of overhead and redundant people Shift of power to the US
