Pros
They are trying to build great teams and introduce good culture. The product is priomising and the salaries are OK for the market. Some managers are great and very proffessional and tech savvy.
Cons
A lot of recent changes led people to become dissapointed and leave the company. Sometimes not very professional managers created atmosphere that make people move forward. RRSP contribution is lower, compared to other companies.
