      stable job working with new and interesting technologies working within an international SCRUM team flexible working hours constant learning curve

      Cons

      some of the deadlines are tough not everything is standardized sometime stressful too many decision-makers room for internal processes improvements

      Pros

      There are some knowledgeable people. You can share ideas and learn from them. Tech stack is mostly up to date. Opportunities to learn if you are correctly positioned within the company.

      Cons

      No collaborative team culture within teams. It affects creativity. Micromanaging happens at all levels. Too much of backstabbing and pointless complaining all the time.
