Pros

It is a quick hiring job so if you need a job fast you can get this one with ease.

Cons

Literally everything else about this job. The training they give you literally doesn't help you and you are forced to go out completely undertrained. The pay isn't worth the amount of workload they give you. Worst of all they hold you to your metrics which are completely out of your control and will fire you if you dip below a certain line.
