Work at home, Dress as you please, Scheduling

Cons

Pay. Very poor training. Videos are outdated and will cause you to fail test. Trainers are ok. Sometimes they are clueless as to helping you. Feels like you're set up to fail at this job.

Worst three weeks I had the displeasure of working for this company.

Pros

Working at home, which is also a con because you are not reimbursed for any of the expenses needed to run your work. The best thing about the job is the flexibility given when choosing your schedule.

Cons

Like I mentiohed before, the expenses do not equal the salary given. Also, the stress is extremely high because there are daily outages and customers that just don't understand the basics of electronics. Barely any feedback from management.
