Horrible medical benefits No sick time, holidays, or vacation. You earn PTO and that's all you can use Extremely limited room for growth

Work from home, decent pay, friendly coworkers

Cons

Very poor management, inter-department transfers blocked, stress levels high, some contracts allow the client to control how support works as well as treat the support very poorly.
