Great team leaders. VERY flexible scheduling if you communicate with team leader. Decent pay

After they switched to avaya lots of system issues started happening L2s have a lot of smart mouths

Pros

OK entry level position. The job can be OK if it's an interesting contract. Great position for certain types of people.

Cons

If you're a minority don't expect a lot career growth. As other reviewers have pointed out there is very much a culture of favoritism and good ole boyism.
