Pros

Client offered the chance to win home electronics for top metric producers! Lots of parking at this location. Can see outside from within building. Decent workspace. Starting job for high-volume call center. Overtime was available sometimes and pay was reasonable.

Cons

Desktops were underpowered for the assigned task, except for particular units that more senior reps would get first or request you move. Management ruled by tyranny and threats. Downtime vs. worktime: see 2014-2015 lawsuit. Training was indifferent and not ongoing. Knowledge management was nonexistent. Some antagonism between different divisions in same building.
