Pros

Spiffs and Gifts/Drawings were enticing.

Cons

Management is unpredictable, Payout structure changed every month; making it almost impossible to meet goal. Low Salary, Attrition rate is very high, Colleagues are unprofessional, Management can be unprofessional. It's OK to work here a to learn about the nature of call centers, but this one is at the bottom of the totem pole.

Flexible Hours are about the only thing good I can say about this.

Cons

Overworked and under payed. Also layoffs when it gets slow
