I enjoy the people I work with. And most of the time the customers are awesome as well.

Cons

Not Sure the Status of the company - Went from hiring 4 new classes a week to no class for over two months. Not a good sign of status of the company.

The Company and the Co-Workers are one of the Best. Its a 24/7 call center so you can work different hour shift. You'll be supported Best Buy and Verizon Employees and Customers.

Cons

The only Con is that the salary is low.
