Horrible, but a learning experience.

Pros

Overtime occasionally available, except for when forecasts are done improperly. Most supervisors are great. Trainers are really great and are very helpful.

Cons

Matrixs constantly change, departments closing/fluctuating too much, high turn over rates, broken promises, no consistency, poor management, inconsistent incentives, too much favoritism

The Company and the Co-Workers are one of the Best. Its a 24/7 call center so you can work different hour shift. You'll be supported Best Buy and Verizon Employees and Customers.

Cons

The only Con is that the salary is low.

- They fire many people without a reason. - No opportunities to grow professionally. - Pay Rate is low, and they don't provide good rises: $0.25 in over 2 years of working with this company. - They only allow 10 minutes of Break per shift.
