Poor training, lack of support, poor quality of product being pushed on to customers, basically no way to resolve ppl's problems, you just pass the buck, goaded to give customers stuff they don't need.. After day in and day out of hearing ppl have so much problems w/ this product, it became harder and harder to up sell or sign ppl up. My conscious would not let me and I had to resign

Will lie in the interview about how their shifts are assigned, what hours you can expect to work on a consistent basis. Dress code is designed to restrict what the females wear, so they don't sexually harass the men by making the men sexually harass the women (?). Was asked to leave when questioning HR about the hours I was assigned and the hours I was given. Then they write up dismissing someone as them quitting because of what was inquired about. Just look at all the cons in the other reviews and don't just assume they're disgruntled employees. They're quite accurate.
