Pros

Decent money, work from home. Decent schedules.

Cons

Commission didn’t exist, terrible management, lots of favorites. You are just a number to them. If you aren’t hitting metrics they will look to “coach” you. This means they are just looking to fire you.

Pros

Can make great commission at times, no attendance policy, management doesn't care what you do.

Cons

You don't make commission a lot of times (illogical commission structure leads to people not even trying halfway through week), management doesn't care what you do & plays favorites, company cares more about the "buyer" and corporate than supporting their agents. People from corporate will steal your sales and nothing will be done about it. Worst call center training I've ever had. Some people will say it's "ghetto."
