Pros

Of all the companies I've worked with, owned, or been employed by, I've never been associated with as large a group of people with such strong, positive values re work, integrity and a genuine care to help others succeed. This applies both to management and sales agents. If you're a positive person and enjoy consistent learning experiences to grow/refine your skill sets, you'll love working at OneTouch Direct.

Cons

The same as "Advice to management": Would love to see something that would enable greater opportunities for more of the better sellers to earn 6 figures, based on a 45 hours or less work week.

Pros

Your direct team will usually be great. Direct managers are usually hit or miss, but mine was fantastic. While I can't say for much of the company, my team was fully remote.

Cons

Like most call centres, there is high turnover and burnout. Upper management likes to mess around with team dynamics and nitpick
