-Benefits exist (but aren't great) +They're super flexible about days you need off (this depends on the office and management) Pay is reasonable for the workload (definitely not liveable)

Cons

Management is disorganized and infantile Company has a tendency for wrongful termination (my wife was forced to resign bc they didn't want her on maternity leave) No office stability. Things were always changing and always rotating. It was never a call center Employees are LOUD and obnoxious. Most childish people I've ever met
