Pros

Can make great commission at times, no attendance policy, management doesn't care what you do.

Cons

You don't make commission a lot of times (illogical commission structure leads to people not even trying halfway through week), management doesn't care what you do & plays favorites, company cares more about the "buyer" and corporate than supporting their agents. People from corporate will steal your sales and nothing will be done about it. Worst call center training I've ever had. Some people will say it's "ghetto."

Cons

No real career pathing, underpaid for the amount of work and energy that you put in, physical altercations occur onsite because they just hire anyone.
